Ofir Perl, Founder and CEO
Ofir has five years experience managing and leading large-scale development projects in telecommunications and signal processing, from idea-stage to completion. He served as an officer (Captain) in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) where he was responsible for several systems engineering projects involving state-of-the-art communications and computing technology. Prior to founding APM, Ofir worked at RAD Data Communications in pre-sales as a developer and integrator. Ofir holds MBA and BSc degrees, both from Tel Aviv University, the latter with majors in communications, signal processing and bio-medicine. He lived for six years with his family in Belgium during which he had the opportunity to become familiar with the diverse multinational mix making up the new Europe.

Yossi Zlotnick, Co-founder and CTO
Yossi has five years experience managing and leading large-scale development projects in telecommunications and signal processing, from idea-stage to completion. He was a Captain during his military service with the IDF, working on the same projects and with the same levels of responsibilities as APM Co-founder Ofir Perl.
Yossi was admitted to the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology’s prestigious Excellence Program that enables exceptional students to “learn differently” and to think “outside the box”. He earned a BSc (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion and an MSc (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, both degrees in electrical engineering. He specialized in high-diversity MIMO channel coding.

Yossi Rahima, CFO
Yossi is an accomplished business and financial consultant with over 25 years' experience providing strategic and fiscal planning services to leading high technology companies in Israel.
He served as CFO at Zend Technologies, Xmpie, M.C.M. Environmental Technologies, and Ornet NeuroVision and Light Instruments Ltd., and as a consultant to Clal Industries, ICl, Indigo, the Aurec Group and the Strauss-Elite Group. Mr. Rahima was previously the Head of Business Planning and Reporting at Scitex Corporation Ltd., where he designed and implemented systematic planning procedures and was responsible for annual corporate budgets, monitoring worldwide subsidiaries, raising funds for R&D and investment activities, and implementing performance measurement systems. Early in his career Yossi was the senior manager of Tadiran’s Home Appliances Division.
Yossi holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources and a BA in Economics and Social Sciences, both from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Avishai Bartov, VP Research & Development
Avishai has extensive experience leading and managing multidisciplinary R & D –groups responsible for creating innovative applications and products, most recently as a director in Applied Material in the fields of CAD, image processing and SEM imaging. He has hands-on experience defining technical concepts as well as market requirements, and is a holder of a number of patents.
Avishai earned a BSc (Cum Laude) from the Technion and an MSc from Tel Aviv University, both degrees in electrical engineering. He also holds a graduate diploma in business administration from the University of Bradford (UK).

Tal's background includes nine years service in the Office of the Prime Minister, two of them in diplomatic assignments abroad. He has successfully managed large teams executing difficult and complex projects and involving professionals drawn from multiple disciplines. Tal is a graduate of the Executive International Masters Program in Commercial Law (LL.M magna cum laude), offered by The Buchmann Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkley, USA, and is a member of the Bar in Israel. Tal also holds BA (with Honors) in Government from The Interdisciplinary Center Herzlia (IDC).

Motti Holler, Director of Sales, Asia
Motti brings with him 30 years' experience in marketing and sales management. He served as Director of Sales for Asia-Pacific with leading Israeli telecommunications companies, including RAD Data Communications, Riverhead Networks, BATM Advanced Communications and VocalTec Communications . Earlier in his career he held positions with Tadiran Telecommunications (Asia Sales Manager, product manager and systems engineer) and Compuscan USA (development engineer). Motti earned a BSc in Electrical Engineering (Fairleigh Dickinson University, US), and is a certified Practical Engineer (Physics, Tel Aviv University).

Andy Foust, VP of Sales North America
Andy has over 20 years of experience in process engineering, instrumentation and analytics and has an extensive background in industrial level measurement.
Prior to joining APM, he was the national sales manager in the United States for Siemens Industry’s Process Instrumentation & Analytics, part of the company’s Sensors and Communications business unit, a global leader in complete engineering solutions from process orientation to process return. His broad experience includes 15 years at Siemens / Milltronics in various positions, from regional field service technician to national sales manager, and five years at ProQuip (an instrumentation rep firm in the Chicago area).
Andy’s professional career began in the United States Navy, where he served for seven years as an aviation fire control technician on the navigation and weapons systems of the A6 Intruder (a twin-jet all-weather medium attack aircraft) and on the Phalynx close-in shipboard defensive weapons.

Eyal Cohen, VP Business Development
Eyal has over 15 years of experience in local and global business development, strategy planning, marketing and sales to industrial and technology markets. He has led complicated sales and business development projects, from conceptualization to closing deals to long-term management.
Immediately prior to joining APM Eyal served as COO & VP Business Development at Hypnocore Ltd., innovator of cost-effective solutions for the evaluation and diagnosis of sleep for both the medical and consumer wellness markets. Previously he was VP Business Development & Sales at Ellara Ltd. (part of Elron's group of Clean Technology companies), a provider of energy efficient heating solutions used in a range of industrial and commercial applications.
Eyal was Sales & Marketing Manager at 3M, Israel, responsible for the company's activities in electronics and communications, while leading the firm's M&A, business planning, corporate marketing. He also founded and served as CEO of M.E.A. Testing Systems Ltd., provider of proprietary inspection systems sold worldwide to companies such as GE, LG, Siemens, Nissan, Bosch, Emerson, Miele, Schnidler and Tata.
Eyal holds a BA in Computer Science and Economy from Tel Aviv University (with honors) and an MBA from The Technion.
