Storage of aggregates in silos
The aggregates are temporarily stored in multiple-chamber silos. Large amounts of dust are generated when the chambers are being filled. The geometry of the material heaps can vary depending on the consistency of the aggregates and the properties of the bulk materials can also vary from filling to filling.

Storage of aggregates in open bins and large warehouses
Many of the aggregates are temporarily stored in open bins or different types of warehouses. Large amounts of dust are generated when the bunkers are being filled.
The bunkers are usually being filled via:
1) Top filling – An upper conveyer that spreads the products to the various bins
2) Filling from below – Trucks unloading the products to the floor and tractors pushing it inside the
bin.
