Engineering Support

InMark LTD work with the Client & Contractor to ensure a smooth installation is achieved. We provide pre installation support for optimal design & cost effective projects.

Post Installation, we provide support to commission the installation to a satisfactory conclusion.

Remote engineering support provided to check on performance.

We also provide remote Health Check on installed projects to ensure the system is performing as it should, make changes if Customer has changed product or other customer silo related changes.

Commissioning – to overcome any issue of third party connecting to our equipment using customers own secured network, we can offer to provide one of our commissioning  laptop to enable our engineer to remotely commission our system utilising a mobile broadband supplied by us.
